For first time moms, or seasoned parents, our postpartum support will help you ease into parenthood. Whether you’re looking for virtual support, daytime visits, or overnight support, we have you covered.

Postpartum Support

We will tailor our postpartum support package to meet your needs. Unlike other doula agencies, there are no minimum number of hours to book with us. We aim to be as flexible as possible so you get the support you desire after welcoming a new baby.

Daytime support can involve emotional support, talking through what is and isn’t normal newborn behavior, and how to care for your newborn. We can prepare nourishing meals, tidy up the house, do baby laundry, run errands, or anything else that needs doing so you can spend more time relaxing with your baby or engaging in self care when you need a break. We can also help partners become more involved and provide them with support and encouragement.

Overnight support is a chance for you to catch up on as much sleep as possible. If you’re breastfeeding, we will bring baby to you for feedings so you don’t even have to get out of bed, and then change and soothe baby back to sleep. If bottle feeding, we will follow your feeding schedule so you get a full night’s sleep without being disturbed.

Virtual support is available as a one-off and also nicely compliments daytime and overnight support by giving you an additional opportunity to ask questions or chat on days we’re not there in person. It can be done via phone or video chat.

When planning for postpartum, it’s a great time to also think about what are the must-have baby items. We offer gift registry consultations to offer personalized guidance on what items will work best for your lifestyle and what you could do without.

Postpartum support ranges from $35-$55/hour depending on various factors. Discounts are available if you book a large package.
