We provide guidance on topics related to newborn/baby care, sleep routines, infant feeding, and developmental milestones in a one-on-one setting. We will give you evidence-based advice based on the latest research and our extensive experience as Doulas and parents. These 1:1 consultations help parents and parents-to-be feel more confident and informed about caring for their baby while providing a space to discuss any challenges or uncertainties in a supportive environment.

Individual consultations can be booked as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to our Doula services, Gift Registry/Baby Product guidance, or babysitting sessions.

1:1 consultations cost $40/hour.
